About The Role... Manage key customers on a day-to-day basis to resolve any business-related issues. Responsible for delivering and developing the company's sales and profit targets. Identify business opportunities in major retail chains and work closely with the cross-functional team (Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain). Budget & demand-forecast management. Coordinating the materials needed for future business plans and risks. Conduct business planning and analysis of categories’ trends, competitors, and customer profiles. About The Person... A degree holder of any discipline, preferably in business/marketing field. Minimum 3 to 5 years of FMCG Key Account experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Able to work as a team under stress. Strong project management experience and a problem-solving mindset. Be result-oriented. Candidate with less experience will be considered for the Senior Sales Executive position.
