Leading a dedicated Technical services team to provide high-quality technical solutions to customers. Supervise the team and provide guidance to teammates on day-to-day operations. Closely liaise and communicate to provide professional and prompt communications with clients and operational stakeholders on aspects from routine technical service performances to ad hoc project status. Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure equipment is in healthy condition. Regular customer visits and provide technology consulting support to internal/external customers in promoting customer satisfaction. Establish and maintain the standard service procedures of various projects and programs. Prepare annual budget for routine technical support and ad-hoc projects. Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Bio-Medical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 10 years working experience in the technical service field, of which 4 years at supervisory level. Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Strong sense of responsibility and a customer-centric mentality. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Candidates with less experience might be considered as Technical Services Supervisor. Job ID
