Our client is a major Tcom company focusing on upgrading their contact center operation with Chatbot and AI tech. The project is delivered in 5 phases, and now in phase 1 involving 100+ project team and 20+ internal users. This BA/PM on a daily basis is required to handle requirement gathering from all users at the same time, manage end to end project delivery from ideation to execution, and elevated to key timeline management and project delivery, which is fundamental in project management and the ongoing development efforts with potential to convert to perm. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with users to gather and analyse requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their need and write BR and test case documentation. Monitor project progress and key performance in a short deadline to drive project delivery. Engage with both the business users and the development team to bridge gaps in understanding and facilitate smooth project execution. Ensure efficient project delivery and adapt to changing requirements. Work closely with technology vendors in Fuoshan to ensure alignment and effective communication. Expectations

Proactive in proposing suggestions and making decisions that align with the project goals. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where stakeholders are busy and time-sensitive. Requirements
5-8 years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management. Proven exposure in large scale projects under tight deadlines. Proven experience in requirements gathering and documenting test cases. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in stakeholder and vendor management. Cantonese and Mandarin mandatory.
