Job Summary: A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking an HR Associate to support Human Resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. This role ensures HR functions align with company goals and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in job postings, interview coordination, reference checks, and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth hiring process. Employee Relations:
Address employee inquiries, support grievance resolution, and promote engagement initiatives. HR Administration:
Maintain employee records, prepare HR documents, and assist with payroll processing. Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations, supporting audits and HR reporting. Training & Development:
Coordinate training programs, track employee progress, and support learning initiatives. Performance Management:
Assist in performance reviews, goal-setting, and feedback processes. HR Projects:
Support diversity, inclusion, policy updates, and employee wellness initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Preferred Qualifications: HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations.
