Role Description Operate the business in accordance with the agreed terms, conditions, and KPIs of the contracts with key accounts. Plan and resource the operations team for current and future growth. Represent the company and the brand with clients, conducting regular review meetings and cultivating a good relationship based on quality service. Maintain strong communication channels with clients and vendors, agreeing on performance requirements. Periodically present the operations KPIs to internal and external parties. Manage data and analytics to inform data-driven decisions and identify improvement areas. Work with the Skynet global network to maintain and improve service standards for clients. Develop closer relationships with internal stakeholders to execute key account plans. Monitor the pre-agreed financial performance of each key account and growth rates. Manage all data exchanges with clients related to billing and appealing service penalties. Qualifications University degree related to international trade, commerce, or logistics industry. Fluent communication skills in Mandarin and English. Good analytical and project management skills; qualifications will be an advantage. Minimum 5 years of experience in key account or operations management with a multinational brand in the freight or express industry. Experience in the Chinese marketplace or logistics aggregator is an added advantage. Good knowledge of overseas e-commerce markets is a plus. Past experience in managing teams, including remote management of team members. Willingness to travel internationally for business trips. Flexibility in responding to clients in China.
