Key Responsibilities: As a senior team member in the management accounting team in conducting detailed financial analysis, performance evaluation, and reporting for various business units. Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans, financial forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability. Provide insightful recommendations and implement financial strategies to optimize business performance and operational efficiency. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to support decision-making processes. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls related to financial reporting and accounting practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CFA certification preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or related roles within the banking or financial services industry. Proven track record of leading financial analysis and performance evaluation projects. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and financial reporting tools. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accounting standards relevant to the banking industry.
