A fast-growing, market-leading fintech platform is seeking a
Country Manager
to lead their
Hong Kong
operations. You’ll be at the forefront of leading high-performing teams and scaling their presence in Hong Kong’s financial services ecosystem. In this role, you’ll develop and execute strategies to increase market share, strengthen brand presence, and drive revenue growth. You’ll also oversee strategic product and marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth execution of in-country campaigns. Financial performance will be a key focus, as you’ll take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and achieving profitability targets. You’ll also work closely with senior leadership and regional function leads to build business plans, budgets, and growth strategies, while prioritising and fostering strong relationships with industry stakeholders. We’re looking for someone with proven leadership experience in fintech or financial services ecosystem, backed by a strong network within financial institutions such as banks and insurance companies. You’ll need strong financial acumen, with expertise in budget management, forecasting, and P&L ownership. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach—equally comfortable with high-level planning and detailed execution. You should also have excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, a solid background in sales or partnerships, and a proven ability to drive growth in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
