Major Duties and Responsibilities Managing a project for conducting family-based stepped-care intervention to support perinatal couples and parents across the spectrum of needs and to promote peri-natal mental well-being through community- or hospital-based activities and services; Coordinating the project implementation, overseeing data collection, performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and leading the database construction and management; Coordinating and training team members for recruiting participants in hospital settings and using social media platforms; Leading and designing the framework for participants' follow-ups; Liaising with community parties and partner institutions; Drafting reports and presentations relevant to the project; and Performing administrative tasks and any other duties as assigned to support the operation of the project. Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence: A PhD degree in Nursing, Public Health, Social Sciences or a related discipline; Strong leadership and project management skills; Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Able to work independently and effectively in a multidisciplinary team; and Have a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation; and good coordination, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing large-scale projects would be an advantage. Terms and Conditions for Appointment An attractive remuneration package, including basic salary and an end-of-contract gratuity will be offered to the right candidates. The contract will be initially for 12 months with the possibility of renewal.
