Client Description A rapidly growing green finance platform company is urgently seeking an Investor Relation cum Investment Analyst to join their expanding team. Job Description Conduct industry research and company analysis on potential acquisitions; Evaluate investment opportunities through building financial models, conducting due diligence, and analysis; Prepare investment-related materials including pitch decks, fact sheets, term sheets, and reports; Access new investment opportunities and potential investors; Develop and maintain close relationships with investors and participate in pitching and servicing meetings; Assist in due diligence, deal documentation, post-deal management, and risk management; Participate in ad-hoc assignments. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree or above in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or other related disciplines; basic knowledge in fund operation is a plus; At least 2 years of experience in investment research, financial modeling, and financial analysis; working experience in a PE firm or family office is preferred; Familiarity with new energy, medical technology, and ESG policy is preferred; Ability to analyze and articulate recommendations clearly and concisely in both verbal and written forms; Strong analytical and organizational capabilities with high attention to detail and accuracy; able to work independently; Ability to work under pressure and time constraints; Self-initiative and a good team player; Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint; Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin; Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
