As part of our upcoming growth strategy and with an increase in business demand, we are currently looking to hire proactive Talent Consultants to bring a 360° value-adding experience for both our Clients & Candidates. What you'll do Take ownership of full lifecycle recruitment processes and engage in best practice methodologies Develop strategic plans to target key clients and identify new business opportunities Effectively analyse client needs and deliver value-adding solutions Build long-term client relationships including presentation of service pitches, negotiating terms of businesses, and maintaining ongoing communication Headhunt, source & attract relevant candidates to fulfil client needs & requirements in a timely manner Deliver latest market insights to candidates, and guide them in achieving their career aspirations Conduct phone / virtual / face-to-face interviews to shortlist relevant candidates for clients Manage interview processes and engage in offer negotiations as an advisory consultant & market expert Collaborate closely with internal team mates on client engagement strategy Who you are 2+ years of practical working experience; a previous background in recruitment or sales would be a plus Results-oriented and target driven, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ambition & competitiveness to continuously improve A strong sense of ownership & resiliency Inquisitive and curious towards learning new skills and exploring new domains Practical skills & knowledge in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese (both spoken & written).
