About this team The Fulfillment Planning Manager is in a critical position in driving APAC distribution and logistics service level and financial performance. The role will report to the Senior Manager, Fulfillment Planning and Operations and will partner and collaborate with many cross-functional groups throughout the organization, including Global Fulfillment Analytics, DC & Logistics Operations, FP&A, Technology, Sales & Operations Planning, Ecom & Retail Operations. The key mandate of this role is to lead the development of fulfillment planning reporting suites to drive performance visibility, business decisions and provide insightful outcomes that identify and quantify opportunities. A day in the life Drive the development/enhancement of reporting dashboard suites leveraged by both operational and executive level to support the organization in establishing and achieving meaningful business objectives and outcomes. Develop fulfillment planning reporting roadmap that drives continuous improvement. Support key leadership business meetings and materials requiring data & insights presentations with impactful storytelling and visualization. Drive analysis on fulfillment business decisions using data, coming to insightful outcomes that identify and quantify opportunities – to support Functional owners responsible for fulfillment decision-making. Manage a team of 1-3 resources executing on fulfillment planning, reporting and analytics strategy for Global Fulfillment. Qualifications:
A passion for delivering data-based recommendations for quantifiable improvements in business results and guest satisfaction. Minimum 6 - 8 years of progressive leadership working in a fast-paced, high-volume operation with a focus on high seasonal activity in a direct-to-consumer environment. Minimum 2 years’ experience leading teams or projects. Exceptional fulfillment operations & business acumen understanding. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility. Excellent PC Skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and reporting tools (Power BI). Ability to train, develop, evaluate, discipline, reward, and coach a team in a way that attracts and retains high quality and qualified employees. Must haves: Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life. Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results. Communicates with honesty and kindness, and creates the space for others to do the same.
