Responsibilities
Perform trouble shooting to identify root cause of problem reported by end user.
Prepare test cases and test data to support user acceptance test.
Perform regular system checking and result verification on production systems.
Develop and maintain system documentation.
Conduct unit test and system integration test.
Job Requirements
University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of IT experiences, including 2 years of experiences in act in the role of Analyst Programmer role
At least 2 years of IT experiences in the provision of off-the-shelf product support services.
PowerBuilder or Java or VB/ASP system maintenance support experience is preferable.
Experienced in handling government projects is highly preferable.
Good team player, self-initiative and communication skills.
Able to work independently.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a must.
