Responsibilities: Design and develop high quality, robust and scalable systems, perform application tuning and offer UAT support. Manage project, execute quality management processes and activities in system development. Lead programmers to perform software development and provide technical consultation to team members. Prepare Business and Technical Documentation on IT solution and system. Job Requirements: Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of working experience in system design and development. Working knowledge in C/C++, PL/SQL, Oracle, Shell Script, Perl are preferred. Able to work independently with minimal guidance. Strong leadership with team management skill. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
