ABOUT THE JOB
Lomography is seeking a Designer well-versed in the nuances of visual merchandising and retail landscapes. Our ideal candidate should possess a unique blend of artistic flair and commercial insight. Your pivotal role will involve crafting compelling visual narratives that span both digital and physical realms. From designing digital marketing visuals, banners and newsletters to conceptualizing in-store displays, postcards, and posters, your creations will personify the Lomography brand. But the scope extends beyond mere design. Immerse yourself in the realm of photography, and contribute your expertise to our diverse events and exhibitions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Visual Merchandising: Elevate in-store experiences with innovative designs and layouts which tell the story of Lomography and our products
Digital Design: Craft visually appealing and brand-consistent designs for our brand websites, online stores and social media including banners, newsletters, and other key visuals.
Print Design: Conceptualize and create catalogs, posters, postcards and other promotional materials which resonate with the brand.
Events & Exhibitions: Play an integral role in designing and executing Lomography events, ensuring exceptional presentation of the key values and heritage of the brand.
Photography: Take captivating mood shots and photographs using our products, ensuring they reflect the essence of our products and the brand.
Relevant Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
Proficient in design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite.
Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
1-2 years of relevant work experience.
A portfolio that showcases a diverse skill set in design and photography.
Passion for and knowledge of Lomography and analogue photography is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
