Finance Manager/ Senior Finance Manager (Report Consolidation & FP&A)
Our MNC client is a market-leader in the digital and media sector, with a strong footprint across the globe. To cope with the business' operational and transformational needs, they are looking for a Finance Manager/ Senior Finance Manager to manage FP&A and report consolidation functions for the Hong Kong operations. This is an individual contributor role that reports directly to the CFO. Strong communication skills are essential and suitable for candidates who appreciate internal collaborations, as you will work closely with your peers in the finance team from GL, reporting, and AP/AR functions on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities: Manage accounting operations, which includes report consolidation (from subsidiaries) and FP&A functions. Analyze monthly and quarterly financial reports, and perform performance analysis on revenue, cost, budget, forecast, etc. Collaborate with the subsidiaries' and your peer finance teammates to ensure the accuracy of financial data and facilitate the consolidation. Work with cross-functional teams and business units when necessary. Ensure compliance with regulations and participate in annual audits with external and internal auditors. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field. Qualified accountant with 8+ years' experience in a mix of audit and commercial sector. Experience in and demonstrate strong knowledge of FP&A and accounts/report consolidation. Track record working in MNCs and/or conglomerates with a matrix-organizational structure. Familiar with external, internal, and audit processes. Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and proficient in English and Chinese; skilled in MS Office. Get in touch!
