A reputable property developer is now looking for a hands-on Assistant E&M Project Manager to manage their commercial portfolios and take lead on renovation, A&A, reinstatement, improvement and fitting out projects.
Your new role To take lead on feasibility studies with potential tenant works Responsible for managing portfolio improvement works, upgrading projects and large-scale renovation projects Manage all related fire safety ordinances Responsible for driving new technologies recommendation and implementation Ensure building services systems and building maintenance work are up to company standard What you'll need to succeed Bachelor or above in building services, electrical, mechanical or related disciplines Minimum 7 years experience in property maintenance & operations, preferably with commercial portfolios Strong understanding on fire safety ordinance Strong presentation skills and stakeholder management skills What you'll get in return 40-50k x 13month + bonus What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or send us your resume to philip.cheng@hays.com.hk.
