Direct message the job poster from Selby Jennings Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office Trading platform, including order management, trade capture, execution, and custody processes for Delta One and equity finance products. Collaborate closely with the back office on trade settlement and clearing for listed products, including Swaps, Futures, Options, and Derivatives. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance. Establish a Target Operating Model (TOM) and design procedures for trading platforms, including emergency protocols. Streamline operational processes while identifying deficiencies and areas for improvement. Create comprehensive manuals to implement controls across the entire process. Manage Corporate Action bookings for Swaps and hedges, ensuring accurate and timely reflection of entitlements in risk and booking systems. Address all client trading account issues, from onboarding to funding and margin concerns, including fund and stock deposits/withdrawals. Collaborate with the technology team to enhance platform services and procedures, ensuring seamless integration between internal and vendor systems. Work alongside Risk and Finance teams on operational controls and annual fund audits. Lead ad-hoc projects such as investor due diligence and broker onboarding. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in Middle Office/Operations roles within traditional finance, with a strong focus on trading operations. Comprehensive knowledge of Delta One products, including ETFs, Equity Swaps, Futures, and Forwards. Experience on an Equity Finance Trading Desk is highly desirable. In-depth understanding of trade life-cycle processes, including trade capture, Corporate Actions, Settlements, and Reconciliations. Preferred client service experience, particularly within Prime Brokerage. Proven experience in building and managing Middle Office/Operations teams on an enterprise scale. Familiarity with licensed and regulated financial service environments, with exposure to regulatory interactions. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access; knowledge of VBA is a plus. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Seniority Level
