Present regular reports for internal and external stakeholders. Low or No Cost Initiatives Identify ESO and ECO to achieve 2-4% savings/avoided consumption annually. Develop and deliver no/low capital cost initiatives to partner sites, such as behavior change, process change, and retro-commissioning works. Liaise with external and internal stakeholders and prepare related reports, materials, and overall plans. Identify suitable energy-saving processes, technologies, and equipment for trial with partners, aiming for future incorporation into larger CAPEX programs. Develop the Energy CAPEX program based on suitable technology. Strategic Planning and Implementation Develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives within the organization. Set internal and partner sustainability goals, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a culture of sustainability across the company. Leads and Manages a High-Performing Team Plan and manage team resources and team member development. Define workflow, timeline, collaboration, and delegation with team members. Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss issues, share knowledge, share achievements, provide training, and direction. Stakeholder Management Create and deliver presentations to senior management. Enhance relationships and networks with different stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, vendors, utility companies, and government entities. Business Development Enhance corporate image. Expand the network and services. Identify business opportunities. Ad-hoc Duties Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company based on business needs. Requirements A Degree or above in Building Services, Energy, or related engineering field.10+ years of experience managing teams and projects, including Energy and Sustainability. Experience with retail clients. Cross-functional team experience. In-depth knowledge of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Electrical Power Systems. Capital budgeting (NPV, IRR, lifecycle costing). Preferable knowledge in M&V. Proficient in MS Office and project management tools. Fluent in English is essential. Fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin is preferred. High motivation and drive. Ability to build effective relationships with managers and team members. Excellent time management, planning, and organizing skills. Desire to create and promote a high-performing team.
