Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor team budgets and manage accruals, forecasts, charge-in/outs and inter-company payments.

  • Handle maintenance related administrative tasks, including the preparation of tenders and supporting documentations for contract renewals.

  • Maintain system-controlled records, including maintenance planning change logs, training logs, and compliance qualifications to ensure safety and audit readiness.

  • Analyze and provide data on maintenance, procurement and inventory for management review.

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above, preferrable in Business, Engineering or Computing.

  • Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience, preferrable in administration or procurement.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, experience in Power BI, SAP, Coupa and MAXIMO would be an advantage.

  • Proven interpersonal & communication skills in dealing with both internal & external parties.

  • Good verbal and written communication in both Chinese and English.
