- Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Follow proper food handling and hygiene guidelines to keep food safe and maintain quality.
- Keep the workstation clean, tidy, and organized.
- Manage the queuing area to ensure smooth Guest flow.
- Address Guest inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist the Manager with daily operational tasks.
Restaurant Server encompasses several fields. Beyond above duties, applicants will be assigned to specific positions listed below based on operational needs and response for:
Quick Service Restaurant:
- Introduce menu options, take orders, and fulfill them efficiently.
- Perform busser duties, including clearing and resetting tables and carrying tableware to the kitchen.
- Handle stock replenishment as needed.
Outdoor Vending Cart:
- Introduce menu options, take orders, and fulfill them efficiently.
- Prepare simple food snacks with proper garnishing.
- Manage stock replenishment, including manual stock transportation.
- Communicate with the office team for cashier replenishment needs.
Table Service Restaurant:
- Set up tables and assist with table arrangements.
- Perform receptionist duties, including seating guests at their tables.
- Present menu and provide detailed menu information.
- Understand guests’ needs and dine preferences and make recommendations.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle dietary requests.
- Work at different dining locations across the Resort based on operational needs.
- Full-time availability is required. Roster will be scheduled according to operation needs, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Proficiency in either English, Cantonese, or Mandarin.
- Willing to work at various locations within the resort, including outdoor areas.
- Comfortable with standing for long periods and lifting heavy items when needed.
- Good guest service mindset, independent and a team player with good communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitasking.
- F5 or Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Relevant working experience in hotel or in similar capacity.
- Previous cashier experience.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for higher positions.
- Ability to speak and read in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Good command in other languages is an advantage.
Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company.
