Client Onboarding Officer, based in Hong Kong. Primary Responsibilities Assist with client onboarding and KYC. Maintain accurate records of clients, data collection, and management. Assist with counterparties’ due diligence and entity onboarding, including custodians, exchanges, and OTCs. Handle matters and inquiries from RMs and ARMs regarding client onboarding. Execute transactions on digital asset platforms. Coordinate with internal teams on regular reporting, as well as fees and commission settlements. Assist with company operations and administration, including liaising with the company secretary, lawyers, and other fund operations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in an asset management firm, security firm, brokerage, or the financial services industry. Experience with digital asset platforms is highly preferred. Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English. Tech-savvy, with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Detail-oriented with strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills. Your application will go through internal screening.
