Job Duties Responsible for project implementation Participate in system design, analysis, setup and testing Prepare and review reports and documentation for users Work closely with management level on technical direction Responsible for contract administration and negotiation Job Requirements A recognized degree in Computer Science or relevant technical experience At least 10 years' IT experience and 5 years of project management experience Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese Good interpersonal skills and be a good team player Strong organizational, analytical, verbal, and writing skills
