REQUIREMENTS Recent university graduates; exceptional school leavers will also be considered. Internship or work experience in a relevant industry is preferred. Participation in extracurricular activities or volunteer work demonstrating leadership, teamwork, or initiative. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently. Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Adaptability and a willingness to learn. A proactive attitude and strong work ethic. Motivation to grow within the company or industry. Eagerness to learn and develop new skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. PROGRAMME HIGHLIGHTS Rotational Training:
Over 24 months, trainees will rotate through
Commercial Operations, Chartering, Bunkers
and
Commercial Claims
roles, gaining exposure to the key functions of the business. Trainees will also spend time in all other departments of a fully integrated shipowner, such as Technical, Sustainability, Finance and Investor Relations to gain a holistic view of the company and industry. Evaluation and Placement:
At the end of the programme, trainees will be assessed based on their performance, skills, and interests, and may be placed in
permanent roles
that align with their strengths and the company’s needs. Career Exploration:
