We are looking to hire for one of our ecosystem projects. Our client, a leading digital assets ecosystem globally, is in search of a Product Owner (Institutional). In this role, you will: Institutional Business Product Planning and Design: Responsible for the planning and design of financial institution-related products to ensure that the products meet the needs of institutional customers and meet industry compliance requirements. Design innovative financial product solutions based on the business needs and market trends of institutional customers, and promote the implementation of products from concept to implementation. Define product goals, functional requirements, business processes and priorities, and write detailed product requirements documents to ensure that product development meets business needs. Demand Management and Customer Communication: Proactively communicate with institutional customers to understand their specific needs and conduct in-depth analysis. Collect feedback from institutional customers through customer surveys, market analysis, competitive product analysis, etc., to promote product design and functional optimization. Regularly collaborate with sales, customer support, compliance, risk control and other teams to ensure that product requirements are consistent with the company's business development strategy. Product Lifecycle Management: Fully responsible for the entire lifecycle management of institutional business products from project establishment, development, launch to later optimization, to ensure on-time and quality delivery. Pay attention to market feedback after product launch, especially the user experience and operation data of institutional customers, to promptly identify problems and promote optimization. Lead the product's functional iteration, risk control optimization and compliance improvement to ensure that the product continues to meet the business needs and industry standards of institutional customers. Cross-departmental coordination and teamwork: Work closely with the technical team, operation team, risk control, compliance department, etc. to promote demand docking, technical support and compliance review during product development and implementation. Coordinate the resources of various departments to promote the smooth development, testing and launch of products, and solve bottlenecks and problems in cross-departmental communication. Ensure effective collaboration of resources from all parties and ensure that the project progress meets business goals. Data analysis and product optimization: Track and analyze the product's operating data, customer feedback and market performance to find product optimization opportunities and business improvement points. Based on data analysis results and customer needs, make product improvement suggestions to promote continuous product optimization. Monitor and evaluate the product's key performance indicators (KPIs), such as customer satisfaction, market share, product revenue, etc., and provide data support for decision-making. You might thrive in this role if you have: Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, economics, computer science, business administration, etc. More than 5 years of financial product management experience, at least 2 years of product planning or management experience in the financial institution business field. Familiar with institutional business products, such as payment settlement, deposit management, credit products, asset management, fund products, etc., with business insight and innovative thinking. Proficient in product management tools and methods, able to write detailed product requirements documents, functional design documents and user stories. Possess excellent demand analysis capabilities, be able to accurately identify the core needs of institutional customers and convert them into executable product functions. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with multiple departments such as technology, operations, sales, risk control, and compliance.
