Responsibilities: Design and develop BI dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI to meet business requirements. Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that drive business decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and provide recommendations on data visualization best practices. Work closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Develop and maintain BI data models and data connections. Create and maintain documentation for BI dashboards and reports. Conduct training sessions for end-users on BI tools and best practices. Stay updated with the latest BI trends, tools, and features. Handle ad-hoc service requests and user inquiries. Provide on-site development and support as required. Requirements: Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline. At least 2 years of experience in the IT industry (fresh graduates will also be considered). Proficiency in leading BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. BI certifications (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) are a plus.
