To elevate and scale the member experience, your role as a Member Support Associate is vital. You are the perfect blend of the “Voice of the Member” and the embodiment of the Habyt brand. Your mission is to deliver outstanding service at every touchpoint, combining professionalism with a warm sense of community.
As a key connector between members and internal teams—such as Revenue, Operations, and Finance—you ensure clear communication and a seamless journey for our members. Whether assisting with community gardening, coordinating smooth move-ins, or resolving maintenance requests, your actions show members they are valued and supported.
Through your dedication, you help create a space where everyone feels truly at home, upholding the high standards and values that make Habyt exceptional.
You will be responsible for:
Assist in planning and execution of special projects to enhance and scale up member experiences
Execute and engage in community events across all properties, fostering member connections and partnerships with local organisations both online and off-line.
Plan and conduct viewings and lead tours for the exclusive Tong Lau Experience at Habyt Bridges, Hong Kong’s first government-linked coliving project
Assist in cultivating partnerships with local non-profit organisations and social ventures in Hong Kong to enhance community engagement across all locations.
Address and resolve member complaints in a timely manner to uphold member satisfaction
Welcome new members across all coliving properties and provide them with necessary information and resources, including the Habyt welcome pack and relevant apps. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the Habyt way of living and encouraging member connections within the community across all locations.
Coordinate the move-out process in collaboration with the Operations team, ensuring a seamless transition for departing members across all locations.
Collaborate with a cross functional team including Operations, Revenue and Finance to address member requests effectively, ensuring seamless service delivery and member satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with safety policies, promptly addressing and reporting security concerns affecting community members.
Track member engagement metrics, collaborating with the Global Member Services team to host events and foster a sense of belonging across locations.
The skills, attitude and experience we require are:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality, co-working, co-living, community or event management
A passion for working with people, and an ability to communicate effectively with diverse personalities and cultures
Proactive problem solver with a strong inclination for hospitality and customer-centric mindset
Strong project management skills and the ability to complete tasks
Excelled cross functional communication skills
Skilled in documenting past activities, events, and interactions within the community in a clear, concise, and organised manner.
Actively engaged in conducting thorough research to gather data and collaboratively participating in making informed decisions for community initiatives and projects.
Fluency in English and Cantonese, essential in servicing the target market. Fluency in Mandarin is a strong plus.
A willingness to work rotating shifts - Shifts are of 5 days/week including weekends and public holidays
