Procurement Officer - Non Food (Job Ref: CW10326POA) Client Description: One of the major food services companies with a strong client network in Hong Kong. Job Description: Responsible for non-food products sourcing. Liaise with suppliers on product sourcing, pricing, and terms negotiation. Negotiate with suppliers for the best price and quality. Work with our costing team for material cost calculation. Follow up on the orders, lead time, and delivery schedule. Maintain purchasing records, master price list, and inventory control. Assist in budget control and cost saving for the processing department. Job Requirements: Diploma or above. Good negotiation and interpersonal skills; able to work under pressure and self-motivated. Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing for materials and office supplies. Proficiency in MS Office. Experience in the food production industry is an advantage.
