(Senior) Java Developer
to join a leading global fintech company specializing in digital trading solutions. This is a unique opportunity to architect and manage innovative platforms that revolutionize how users engage with financial markets. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal trading desks to gain a comprehensive understanding of trading operations and processes. Liaise effectively with stakeholders, including finance teams and other relevant departments, to ensure alignment on trading strategies and objectives. Analyze and interpret trading data to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, particularly within the cryptocurrency space, to provide insights and recommendations. Develop an understanding of retail and institutional trader behavior, preferences, and needs. Utilize strong technical skills to analyze market trends, spot, derivatives, and options trading strategies. Provide support and insights to enhance the trading experience for both retail and institutional clients. Engage with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and collaboration on trading initiatives and product offerings. Contribute to the development and implementation of trading strategies and products, with a focus on both traditional and cryptocurrency markets. Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to report on progress, insights, and areas for improvement. Assist in the identification of new opportunities within the trading and exchange domains, leveraging technical expertise and industry knowledge. Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in trading or financial services, with a strong understanding of internal trading desks and operations. Preferably experience at an Investment Bank, Hedge Fund or Exchange developing trading applications in Equity, FX or Derivative products in traditional or crypto market. Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and products is a significant advantage. Strong technical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and market trends. Understanding of retail and institutional trading behaviors, including spot, derivatives, and options. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders across various departments. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Experience with trading platforms and tools is a plus. A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
