Operations and Innovation Engineer
to oversee Hong Kong’s largest outdoor IoT solution. This role focuses on optimizing operational practices, conducting regular maintenance reviews, formulating standard operating procedures (SOPs), and researching advanced technologies to enhance efficiency, safety, and sustainability. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience and strong language skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Key Responsibilities: System Oversight: Oversee the performance and maintenance of Hong Kong’s largest outdoor IoT solution, ensuring optimal reliability and functionality. Operational Review: Conduct regular reviews of operating and maintenance practices to identify areas for improvement and ensure efficient system performance. SOP Development: Develop, document, and implement SOPs that comply with ISO standards, focusing on efficiency, safety, and sustainability. Innovation and Technology Research: Explore and evaluate advanced technologies to introduce innovative solutions that optimize workflows and system performance. Process Optimization: Design and implement process improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. Safety and Sustainability: Ensure all operations meet safety regulations and sustainability goals, integrating innovative approaches wherever applicable. Collaboration and Coordination: Partner with project teams, frontline staff, and external vendors to address challenges and drive operational excellence. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in IoT operations, maintenance, or process optimization roles. Strong understanding of ISO standards and SOP development. Knowledge of advanced technologies and their application in IoT systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in
Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
