Our client is a Leading Hospitality Group in Hong Kong Responsibilities: Assist Senior Management to ensure a good condition of hotel facilities and building services systems, including arranging ad-hoc repairs and monitoring Engineering team and contractor progress and workmanship. Plan and schedule contractors for preventative maintenance to limit downtime for all critical equipment. Manage and supervise the performance of vendors and the Engineering team. Monitor T&C procedures for R&M and A&A works to ensure contractor works are up to standard. Assist in dealing with emergencies and arrange ad-hoc repairs. Assume other duties assigned by Supervisor. Requirements: Degree or Higher Certificate holder in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in Engineering. Self-driven with great interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A good team player, flexible, and detail-minded. Good communication and outgoing character. Good command of spoken Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
