Fund Administration and Accounting Manager - SC Client Description Our client is a leading private property investor and asset management firm, part of a Main-Board listed company in Hong Kong. They are now urgently seeking an experienced Fund Administration and Accounting Manager to join the team. Job Description Handle accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and fund administration works of property fund management business. Liaise with other asset management team members and gather information from them for the quarterly financial and operational reporting to our institutional co-investor. Supervise an accounting team of 5 (2 direct reports in Shanghai and 1 direct report in HK, 2 cashiers in Shanghai). Job Requirements Qualified ACCA/ACMA/HKICPA or any equivalent. Middle level manager with supervisory experience on accounting team in China and working knowledge on PRC GAAP and tax regulation. Fluent in Mandarin and English. Previous working experience on fund reporting and accounting for limited liability partnership, property, or private equity fund for at least 2 years is a must.
