Job Description: We are a forward-thinking startup looking for a skilled Programmer with a strong background in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering and experience in imaging and computer vision applications. This role is essential for developing innovative software solutions for our cutting-edge medical devices. Key Responsibilities: 3D Mapping: Develop and implement 3D mapping algorithms to accurately model the environment through our medical devices. AI Classifiers: Design and implement AI classifiers to enhance the functionality and accuracy of our medical devices. Image Analysis: Develop image analysis algorithms to process and interpret data collected by our devices, ensuring precise and actionable outputs. Software Development: Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing and deployment. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and clinicians, to integrate software solutions with hardware components. Data Processing: Handle large datasets, ensuring efficient processing and storage while maintaining data integrity and security. Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize software performance to meet the high standards required for medical applications. Documentation for Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all designs and developments are properly documented in compliance with relevant medical device regulations and standards. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related field. Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, with experience in developing and implementing complex algorithms. Imaging Applications: Proven experience in imaging technologies and applications, bonus if in the medical field. AI Expertise: Strong understanding of AI and machine learning techniques, with experience in implementing classifiers and image analysis algorithms. 3D Mapping: Knowledge and experience in 3D mapping and modeling techniques. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical software solutions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, clinicians, and other stakeholders.
