We are looking for a high caliber professional to join the Human Resources Department of CLP Power Hong Kong Limited. The appointee will be a Business Partner to support the planning, directing, implementing and monitoring human resources strategies and programmes to achieve business objectives of the Company.
Key responsibilities:
Cultivate strong relationship with business managers, provide professional advice on manpower planning and workforce optimization, ensure effective execution of HR processes and employee engagement.
Develop and implement strategic projects and process review in responsible business to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency; engage relevant internal stakeholders to ensure sufficient buy-in.
Actively participate in and contribute to the review and development of Groupwide human resources strategies, policies, and procedures by providing relevant input and feedback to meet the changing requirements of the business unit and/or the Company as a whole.
Ensuring strategies for acquiring and retaining talents and employees align with overall business objectives.
Recommend appropriate development opportunities / training programs for employees to meet the objectives and requirements of the line departments.
Lead and support other ad hoc assignments when required to cope with evolving business needs.
Requirements:
University degree in human resources management, business administration, psychology or related disciplines.
At least 8 years’ hands-on experience in human resources management.
Good management, influencing, interpersonal and communication skills.
Performance driven with can-do attitude and able to work under pressure.
Digital savvy and proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
