POSITION SUMMARY
A results-driven Senior Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects in the CNS market.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate revenues in meeting pre-set business objectives as part of the Company’s sales team.
Build close and healthy, influential relationships with existing clients.
Perform daily sales routines with high standards and in compliance with Code of Conduct/local regulatory requirements.
Collect market intelligence, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
Establish and maintain good networking with KOLs via marketing and scientific events.
Report to Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager regarding operational issues, providing and discussing feasible solutions.
Follow working plans and standards in accordance with the full implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
Assist in the execution of marketing/medical-related activities in the field.
Assist in market access of new products.
Provide market insight, customer insight, and competitors’ insight.
Take the lead or champion company projects when assigned.
Use omnichannel to engage with customers.
Utilize company digital platforms to plan, analyze, and report in daily routines.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Exposure in the CNS market is an advantage.
Strong track record in sales.
Self-starter, result-driven, and highly responsible for commitment.
Positive attitude, agility to drive change, and growth mindset.
Good strategic and analytical thinking.
Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Highly organized and perform well under pressure.
Cantonese speaking, good command of English.
