Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and business objectives. Deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored to specific client needs. Provide comprehensive technical support during the sales process, addressing any client inquiries. Assist in the design of solutions that align with client specifications and requirements. Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and solution architecture. What you'll need to succeed
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analysis, Electronic Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support/ IT pre-sales/ account management/ Business Analysis, with a preference for candidates from the telecom industry. Strong understanding of Linux and cloud technologies (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS). Experience with projects involving Huawei, Alibaba, or Tencent is a plus. Excellent communication skills in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English; customer-focused and results-oriented. What you need to do now
