Senior Project Coordinator/ Project Officer, Community Health Project

Assist the Project Manager in coordinating daily project operations and activities related to community health and digital inclusion initiative. Handle scheduling, logistics, and communication between team members and external stakeholders (e.g., NGOs, schools, community centres). Maintain and update project documentation, such as timelines, participant lists, and meeting minutes. Ensure that all required resources and publicity content (venues, equipment, materials) are prepared for workshops, events, and training sessions. Support the financial reporting process by tracking expenses and maintaining records. Act as a point of contact for staff, volunteers, and participants, addressing inquiries or issues as they arise. Passionate about social innovation and community health topics. Candidate(s) with less experience would be considered for Project Officer role. Job Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Management and Administration or a related field. At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in coordination or operations roles. Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
