The Job
- Assist in contract drafting, visa application, recruitment, job ad posting, leave administration, new staff orientation, etc
- Maintain precise staff records and ensure timely collection of attendance data
- Formulate, implement and communicate HR policies
- Handle invoices, timesheet, documentation and other correspondence
- Ad-hoc projects as required
The Profile
- Degree holder in English preferred
- 1 - 3 years relevant experience in HR
- Proficient in MSWord, Excel & PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Self-motivated, attentive and multi-tasked
- Immediately available is highly preferred
