Job Summary:

Associate Location Planner will assist Location Planning Manager to execute Lead Location Planning Team in creating, analyzing, and executing location-based strategies, to that support the company’s sales and profit objectives.

Job responsibilities

  • Responsible for creation of manual allocation to support the business needs & special events.

  • Responsible for the maintain the inventory level of all stores to maximize operational efficiency and support the sales plan.

  • Assist in weekly new product launch and seasonal program download. Ensure the smooth procedure of SKU in/out down to locations. Identify consolidation opportunities when business needs.

  • Responsible for weekly face out records updates. Prepare weekly/monthly location/productivity report to the team and assist in action plans to enhance business results.

  • Analyze and prepare necessary reporting and facilitate location visits with key partners.

  • Provide clerical support to the team.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or relevant disciplines

  • 2 years of experience in retail operations

  • Good command of retail math concepts, applications and statistical analysis – Planogram, fixture productivity

  • Working knowledge of merchandise system, data mining, replenishment system and spreadsheet

  • Knowledge in Power BI will be an advantage

  • Fluent spoken and written in English and Chinese
