The ideal candidate will have experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically with pharma drugs, and will focus on ethical channels, including private sector clients. Proficiency in Cantonese and good English communication skills are essential. General Responsibilities
To promote a range of Own Brands pharmaceutical products to hospitals and clinics in the private sector. Formulate and execute medical sales plans to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses and territories. Work closely with the teams to deliver key performance indicators and sales plans. Provide timely feedback to team members on the execution of sales action plans and development areas. Analyze and identify business opportunities and provide recommendations to utilize these opportunities. Monitor competitors' activities and products. Recommend practical actions to counter competition. Manage day-to-day sales operations and prepare sales reports and forecasts. Develop relationships with key customers. Functional Skills and Knowledge
Degree or professional qualification in a Science or Medical-related discipline. 3 or more years of relevant working experience in pharmaceuticals / healthcare companies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong numeric sense and analytical skills. Proactive, self-motivated with a passion to overcome challenges.
