HRBP Director (Global Scale)The Role As the HRBP Director for the Product & Engineering business units, you will work closely with business leaders across all levels and across the organization, as the trusted advisor, coach and change facilitator. We are looking for a passionate and strategic thinking HRBP leader to join our team and be part of this exciting journey in this frontier industry. What You’ll Do Guide leaders and employees regarding company policies, values, HR programs (benefits, pay and salary) administration, and interpretation to ensure policies and procedures are handled consistently and promptly. Develop programs to enhance the employee experience, such as employee development and talent growth. Coach and train managers in their communication, feedback, recognition, and interaction responsibilities with their employees. Ensure that the managers know how to successfully, ethically, honestly, and legally communicate with employees. Devise strategies and plans to ensure a positive working environment. Oversee the employee handbook and culture playbook. Help administer the performance management process. Partner with the Recruiting and Marketing teams to showcase the company's unique culture and build awareness of the company as a great place to work. Well know how to measure the EES and hands-on related program landing. What You’ll Need to Have Bachelor's degree and above, 10+ years of experience working as an HRBP, ideally in product and engineering, in the internet / hi-tech / financial services industry. Varied HR experience, including knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, employee engagement, and employee development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a big heart. Logical and structured in problem solving, with a big picture in mind. Good team spirit and comfort working across different time zones and cultures. Growth mindset, flexibility, objectivity, and integrity. Ability to motivate, influence, and coach people at all levels.
