Regional IT Domain Leader - Retail & CRM, APACThe Role: This role will focus on leading and taking full responsibility for Retail / CRM / Marketing related applications within the APAC region and has the opportunity to participate in cross-functional projects including but not limited to integration with E-Commerce, ERP, Mobile Apps and data solutions. The primary role of this person will be assigned on leading and implementing Retail, CRM and Marketing Automation projects across APAC region. Experience rolling out large-scale Retail, CRM (customer profile and loyalty) and Marketing Automation Tools would be critical for this role. What you will do: Domain Leadership and Ownership: Take ownership of IT domain for Retail, CRM and Marketing applications Proven and solid experience managing similar domain in retail companies Essential technical know-how in understanding the latest technology trends in commercial ITSupport APAC CIO to drive digital transformation in own domain as well as cross domains and on a regional scale Team Management and Resources Planning: Manage and coach a team of Project Manager, Business Analysts and Technical Consultant and work together to deliver projects Embrace a team of diversity and cultural differences based in different onshore / offshore locations Responsible for team resources planning to ensure work efficiency and productivity Vendor Management and Offshore Team Management: Lead and manage 3rd party vendors to ensure delivery is on time Review vendors’ deliverables and ability to challenge and raise concerns Support APAC CIO in launching RFI/RFP processes on large-scale projects Program / Project Management and Delivery: Be program / project manager for large-scale projects and lead teams for project delivery Organize project steering committees, advise, and review the plan and status of projects Track projects risks and decide on corrective measures to minimize impact on cost and delay Manage portfolio under own domain and ensure project delivery on quarterly review basis Escalate promptly to seek advice and alignment Support and Maintenance: Review and revise the existing support model to propose an efficient regional support model that can support different time zones within APACLead and manage the operational and functional support of Retail / CRM / MA applications and support end-users on their day-to-day activity directly or through the help of third-party partners Manage functional and demand requests raised by commercial teams in APACRun regular BAU ticket analysis with the team and guide the team with RCA approach Internal Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders including GMs, Commercial, APAC IT, Local IT, Group ITProvide visibility of maintenance and enhancement on Retail/CRM/MA projects to key stakeholders Keep updated on APAC IT projects to propose potential improvement ideas IT Internal Governance and PMO: Participate and drive team engagement Contribute to internal IT PMO processes and functions Responsible for IT budgeting for own domain and ensure cost effectiveness What we are looking for: University degree8+ years of experience in working in a Senior Manager / Manager role in developing Retail / CRM / MA Applications from retail, FMCG or related industries Solid understanding of process design, methodology and tools Experience rolling out large-scale projects in Retail POS, CRM Loyalty or Marketing Automation tools, ideally regional coverage Essential functional and technical skills for one of the leading POS (CEGID, Oracle Xstore etc.) and CRM tools (Salesforce, Oracle, SAP)Experience of integration with heterogeneous Systems (ERP, E-COM, ESB/API) will be a plus Strong collaboration with different stakeholders Excellent presentation and communication skills in both written and spoken English, additional Asian language will be beneficial Motivate, drive change and facilitate problem solving discussions Detail oriented and autonomous Analytical skills What we offer: Be part of a growing international beauty group, with the latest acquisitions our portfolio consists of 8 brands.
