Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager (GT) to lead and drive our General Trade (GT) business in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in GT sales, specifically in the medical hall and distribution sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of GT market dynamics, strong industry relationships, and the ability to implement effective sales strategies to drive growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute GT sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with medical halls, wholesalers, and key GT retailers. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the GT sector. Lead and manage the GT sales team, ensuring high performance and motivation. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance) to ensure seamless execution of sales plans. Drive promotions, trade activations, and merchandising strategies to increase brand presence and market share. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management. Requirements:10+ years of experience in GT sales within the medical hall and distribution sector. Proven track record in managing and expanding GT accounts in Hong Kong. Strong relationships with key GT stakeholders and deep market insights. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions based on market trends. Proficiency in Cantonese and English is required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
