People Search/Financial Services Recruiter
My client is a fast growing and reputable financial services company with strong presence in Asia. Due to strong business growth and expansion, they are hiring a project management consultant to join the team. Budget: 40-50k x 13month + bonus Descriptions: Organize delivery teams to ensure successful project implementation based on client needs, assessing required skills and coordinating team members. Develop delivery plans with consultants and project managers that align with client objectives and outline necessary steps. Ensure compliance with service level agreements through regular monitoring, tracking progress, and proactively addressing issues. Contribute to the design of efficient project management processes to streamline operations and establish best practices. Be flexible in handling additional tasks, demonstrating adaptability and support for the team and organization. Requirements: 2-5 years of project management experience in consulting firms or the financial services industry; experience in wealth management sectors is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel are preferred. Fluency in English and Mandarin.
