Hong Kong Marketing Full Time Description As part of the Marketing Department, the Partnerships Team’s main role is to identify strategic industry partners, create mutually beneficial marketing campaigns, drive incremental revenue to ZALORA, negotiate terms, and manage execution and post-mortem of marketing campaigns. The role is responsible for actively developing and managing relationships with leading industry partners through cross-marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives. Examples of these campaigns include working with key payment partners to drive adoption and usage on ZALORA as well as cross-marketing campaigns with other industries to generate new leads. In addition, the team is involved in exploring new business, growth and revenue opportunities, which include managing and growing the ZALORA Advertising Platform, ZVIP partnerships as well as expanding our gift card program.
Responsibilities: Leads the identification, negotiation, securing, execution, and management of strategic marketing partnerships in the market. Identify and secure new business and revenue opportunities through industry partnerships. Liaise with partners and other internal marketing departments (e.g. Onsite managers, Social Media, CRM, graphic designers, etc.) to plan and execute marketing campaigns. Coordinate with other internal stakeholders within the company (e.g. Finance and Legal) for compliance. Analyse performance of ongoing and past marketing campaigns to provide insight into how campaigns can be improved to meet business objectives. Identify, secure and manage out-of-the-box partnership opportunities with existing corporate and lifestyle partners. Identify and secure opportunities to grow ZALORA’s innovative marketing solutions, gift card program and ZVIP. Active involvement in the management of other strategic initiatives (e.g. tech developments, payment channels, etc.) to expand partnership opportunities and drive additional leads to ZALORA.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years working experience in a related field. E-commerce and sales experience is a plus. Good project and stakeholder management skills. Strong presentation and communication skills. High level of initiative with a good ability to perform under time pressure/tight deadlines. Analytical thinker with good numeracy skills. Ability to plan and execute cross-market campaigns. Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Minimally a Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
