Role Description: We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist/Manager to join our team. We offer a highly unique opportunity to work directly with our core leadership team to formulate and drive customer acquisition strategies, go-to-market plans, as well as institutional partnership initiatives. Working alongside a small but diverse group of high-caliber professional team members, you will be empowered to grow, develop and own critical go-to-market initiatives. You will be expected to be a self-starter in a hyper-growth industry, creating investment opportunities for prospective clients, using both online and in-person conferences events to generate investor interest in both Digi FT regulated platform, and its regulated listed and traded assets. Key Responsibilities Work with Head of Sales and Marketing teams. Assist with the design and build the sales capabilities to support the growth of Digi FT. Help develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new institutional and accredited investors through a strong personal network as well as Digi FT’s resources. Manage all aspects of client relationships, including from helping with client product queries, account opening and working with clients to define a digital asset strategy. Work with key internal stakeholders, e.g. product, marketing, legal, and compliance, to ensure smooth go-to-market launch in different markets. Represent Digi FT at key events and conferences to generate sales leads and customer pipeline, build brand awareness as well as coordinate with eco-system partners for referrals. Qualifications Degree in any discipline.3+ years’ experience in traditional finance and/or De Fi sales with a proven track record for a senior role, while candidates with limited experience, but with keen interest in the Web3 space will be considered for a junior role. Self-motivated, self-starter, ability to self-educate and able to work in a result-oriented, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Multi-lingual is a plus (English and Mandarin) as you will be working across different cultures and geographies. Candidates authorized to sell securities under Singapore's MAS or Hong Kong's SFC regulations will be preferred.
