Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end claims process for various P&C products, with a focus on Property Damage, Liability, Personal Accident, and Liability. Ensure timely and fair resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Assess claims, liaise with clients and service providers, and support the decision-making process. Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to best practices development. Support management on ad-hoc tasks. Requirements: Prior experience in loss adjusting or claims handling within the general insurance industry, preferably in property insurance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently. Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective stakeholder interaction. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
