Responsibilities: Project follow-up & reporting, KOST maintenance Create and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) and costing data Reporting & analysis to support price negotiation and overall product price management Manage cost activities independently including generation and maintenance of costed Bill of Materials, cost analysis and support price negotiation Accurately estimate the production and material costs with Product Engineers (PE’s) & Manufacturing Engineers (ME’s)Analyze material cost trend on a monthly basis / Provide spot analysis on request Participate in developing compelling material cost solutions / proposals Prepare regular analytical reports including cost analysis, liabilities costing and value engineering Co-ordination with other business functions including Sourcing, Quality & Supply-chain Support negotiation with suppliers & attend when required Requirements: Min of 2 years on costing with engineering experience is preferred Experience in cost buildup with factory and/or retailers Knowledge of factory cost model and pricing architecture Most common manufacturing processes mastered Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong at analytics and figure Able to work flexibility, proactive, well-organized, and willing to learn.
