Business Process Planning Analyst (IT & Telecom) - IC Client Description: Leading telecom carrier and IT solutions company. Job Description: Work closely with business users to understand the requirements. Perform and facilitate requirement collection, analysis, management and communication/negotiation with internal and external stakeholders. Plan and manage the schedule of requirement collection, functional requirement walkthrough, and provide support on project implementation and deployment. Prepare the test case & conduct the UAT before production launch. Provide system training to frontline users. Prepare relevant reports for management review. Job Requirements: University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines. A minimum of 6 years or above related experience, preferable in IT Industry and/or Telecommunication. Understand systems integration concepts. Mature, sensible, and self-motivated. A co-operative team player who is able to communicate with people at all levels. Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic. Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin. Function:
