Collaborate with the Information Technology Department to develop and maintain a robust IT governance framework. Ensure IT service management adheres to high standards and promotes continual enhancement. Review and improve the IT governance framework to align with corporate strategies and objectives. Create, implement, and oversee IT governance-related policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure proactive compliance and oversight. Facilitate communication between IT and business units regarding IT governance initiatives. Drive standardization across IT departments and offer a unified perspective to aid in office automation with intelligent tools. Cultivate a culture of innovation and present ideas to improve productivity and operational efficiency. Design and execute an annual training program for department staff. Job Requirements
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 7 years of experience in IT management or governance, with a focus on risk and compliance. Expertise in system recovery and resilience planning, as well as technology risk management. Proven background in software development, project planning, and management. Proficient in policy and procedure development. Experience with the Operational Resilience framework would be a significant benefit. Excellent command of English and Chinese, with a preference for fluency in English and Mandarin. Strong negotiation and superior communication skills. Ability to solve problems independently and self-direct. Highly motivated, self-driven, and adaptable. In-depth knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and MIS Reporting. Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as HKMA (TM-G-1, TM-G-2, OR-2), PDPO, PCI-DSS is preferred.
