Equity Capital Markets Associate (HK$25K - $35K) (Ref. No.: 26348)
Our client, a Leading Financial Institution Group, is looking for a high-caliber person to fill the position. Job Duties Assist in execution for equity capital markets transactions including IPO, pre-IPO investments, and fundraising. Provide liaison and advisory on Equity Capital Markets to clients and monitor the execution process. Perform documentation review, market research, and client pitches. Job Requirements University degree holder in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines. 1 to 2 years’ experience in Equity Capital Markets transaction execution with IPO. HKSI Qualification under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1, 4 & 9 will be preferable. Excellent presentation skills. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.
